The terms and conditions outlined below are applicable to every transaction conducted on this website. When placing an order with Labels and Key Fobs, you implicitly consent to these terms and conditions. It is important to thoroughly review them, noting that they do not infringe upon your statutory rights.
Modifications to these Terms and Conditions are within our prerogative and can be implemented at any given time. Your continued use of this website indicates your consent to the utilisation of cookies for analytics, personalised content, and advertisements. Our Agreement
Before finalising your purchase, you'll have the opportunity to review and rectify any errors in your order until you click the "Continue to Payment" button.
Upon successful completion of your transaction, an Invoice/Reference Number and the details of your order will be emailed to you. Please be aware that orders will only be processed upon receipt of your payment. In the event that your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason, we will inform you and may suggest an alternative payment method.
Discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change. If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative.
Important Notice
While we make diligent efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information on this site, occasional errors may occur. In the event of an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will notify you promptly and reserve the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch.
Engraving Instructions
Please be advised that we replicate your typed instructions without alterations. We do not assume responsibility for correcting or amending your typed spelling instructions. The layout may be adjusted to suit the size and shape of the engraved item. If you wish to review the layout before production, please request a proof.
You can request a proof by selecting “Please send me a Proof” option and include a request in the Requirement box.
Please note that once your order has progressed to production, no amendments can be made.
Repeat Orders
Kindly provide your previous invoice/reference details. While we strive to match the original order's engraving for exact size and position, this cannot be guaranteed.
Artwork
We aim to email artwork within 2 working days of receiving a paid order (or within 1 day for Super Express service). Timely amendment/approval of artwork is crucial to meet your specified dispatch date. Ensure your email address is accurate and monitored for artwork/production/dispatch information. We will not accept responsibility for emails in junk/spam filters or for late approvals causing delays.
Please whitelist the domain "@labelsandkeyfobs.com" to minimise email reception issues.
Please note artwork will be sent in the exact form to be produced. Do not authorise artwork unless it precisely matches your requirements.
We retain the right to use images created for marketing activities. If this is unacceptable, contact our customer helpline or email contact@labelsandkeyfobs.co.uk
Delivery & Super Express Schedule
Orders are aimed to dispatch within 3 to 5 working days (1 to 3 days for Super Express) after placing your order or approving artwork, subject to stock availability and order size.
If you specify a delivery date, we will dispatch your goods before the requested date. If the requested date is not possible, we will inform you. We are not responsible for delays in transit by our allocated carriers.
In case of time sensitivity, consider collecting your order from our offices. Please inform us of your preferred collection date, either in person or by your own carrier.
Telephone/Urgent Orders
We do not accept orders on the phone. Please place your order on our website or by emails.
Discounts
Quantity discounts, when applicable, will be applied at the basket page.
Prices & Delivery Costs
All prices and charges are in GBP. Delivery charges and VAT (when applicable) are detailed at the basket page or on your invoice. The total cost includes product/service prices, delivery costs, and VAT (when applicable).
An invoice will be emailed upon order placement.
Shipping
For tracked/carrier delivery, goods are automatically insured up to £50.00. Goods are not insured for consequential loss, and we disclaim responsibility for items delayed in transit beyond our control.
Upon dispatch, you'll receive email and/or text notifications with relevant tracking information.
Exporting
For orders and deliveries outside UK please contact contact@labelsandkeyfobs.co.uk
Damaged/Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, provide photographic evidence and retain all packaging materials. Notify us in writing at contact@labelsandkeyfobs.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We do not accept responsibility for consequential loss.
Receipt of Goods
If you can't check your goods on delivery, note "unchecked" on the delivery paperwork before signing. Notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours and retain all packaging.
Claims made after 48 hours may be rejected.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns, as all customised products are specifically made for our customers, which cannot be re-sold again.
Customised and engraved products are not refundable. Packing and carriage charges will not be refunded.
Cancellations
Once production/design process begins, we cannot refund product cost and artwork charge.
