Returns Policy
- We do not accept returns, as all customized products are specifically made for our customers, which cannot be re-sold again.
- Engraved or personalised items are non-refundable. Packing and carriage charges will not be refunded.
- Please contact us within 7 days if an item arrives damaged, we will send the replacement as soon as we can.
- Please notice any products made of brass tend to oxidize over time, especially when it has been placed outdoor.
